Visa Service Desk will provide a Visa Specialist from our head office in the Netherlands to personally assist the VIP traveller throughout the entire application submission process. If desired, the specialist will also remain available to await the outcome at any global location.

We offer personalised assistance and the highest level of service, delivering the seamless experience our VIP travellers expect.
This service is fully tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client. As such, pricing will be determined based on the individual requirements. Below are services associated in this package. Some services will attract additional costs as they will vary depending on the time, location and level of service requested.
Meet and assist: The initial fee of €250 applies to the first hour, with subsequent hours charged at €95 each. Please note that we will provide a daily summary of the work completed. Charges will only apply for the hours during which our consultant is actively assisting the client.
Economy return flight ticket: The price may vary at the time of booking and the location this service is required.
Accommodation: Accommodation with breakfast and dinner included, charged per day .
Local transportation: This applies to the entire length of the process.
Allowance per day: Charge per day.
