COVID-19 Overview
COVID-19 has had an extreme effect on international travel. Visa issuance and regulation has been and continues to change on an almost daily basis. We are constantly receiving questions on the effects of the Corona virus on visa applications. The new Omicron variant has further added to the confusion and has led to many countries banning travellers from countries in the South of Africa. It has also led to stricter regulations on COVID-19 testing and quarantine when travelling internationally.
The world of visas and legalisations was already difficult to understand for most and now it can feel as if you are lost in a maze and keep going round in circles.
Thankfully, Visa Service Desk is here to show you the way through so that you can ensure that you have the correct documents to travel, or to ship your products overseas. There is no-one that can guide your entry into your destination country, when you arrive at the border it is your visa and passport that will be checked by the local customs officer and it is extremely important that your paperwork is in order and that you are aware of the local rules in regards to COVID-19 testing and quarantine.
We have the most up to date information and always make sure that our clients are fully prepared, well in advance of their travel date. So if you need a health declaration, PCR test or a standard negative Corona test, we can tell you when and where you can get this done to ensure that you can board your flight without issue.
